CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The CAP is a fully accredited provider under the Maintenance of
Certification program.
In order to give us the opportunity to adequately review your
program and make any suggestions for improvement, it would be very helpful if we
received your application for credit at least eight weeks in advance of the
event and preferably before the final program has been printed. Please complete
the CAP Application Form for MOC Approval
and submit to the address below.

Developed by a Physician Organization for application instructions and
fee schedule.
Activities submitted for approval under Section 1 must meet
the requirements for either Option A or B.
Option A: Activities planned by a physician
organization or medical organization may be approved without being co-sponsored.
Option B: Activities planned by non-physician or
non-medical organizations must be co-sponsored by a physician organization,
medical organization or an accredited provider.
Please note: If you do not meet the criteria in Option A or
B, we will not be able to consider your application; the program is ineligible
for Section 1 credits.
