Guillermo Quinonez was elected as president of the club. The motion
was put forward by Bertha Garcia, seconded by James Wright and unanimously
accepted by all present.
Guillermo Quinonez suggested that others may contact
him, or he may contact others to help with the organization. Laurette
Geldenhuys and Bertha Garcia were appointed to assist in the organization
of the club, the first as secretary and the second as member at-large for
education.
General Discussion on the Nature of the Club

education, ethics and art in addition to history, but that history would
remain its primary focus. The club would be an activity of the Archives
Committee of the CAP.

scheduled for at least two hours, and that the timing of the meeting be
discussed in the Annual Meetings Committee meeting, which was to follow.
The meeting would consist of presentations followed by the AGM of the
organization.

It was unanimously moved to adjourn the meeting at about 1:20 PM.
